Cake Napoleon beer
Cakes - not frequent dish on our table. Basically, I cook these dishes for special occasions. Quite recently there was a case, and without a cake not do.
Choosing organization to find a suitable alternative, I came across a very interesting version of trivial and well-known cake "Napoleon". I wanted something very crispy, sweet, but not cloying. So came the dessert.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 220 g margarine
- 1 glass light beer
- 500 g flour
For the cream:
- 1 l milk
- 200 g butter
- 5 C. L. flour
- 2 Cup sugar
- 5-6 drops vanilla essence
The cake is cooked very quickly, no hassles, you will not have!
Method of preparation:
Margarine RUB on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Add 1 Cup of flour, RUB hands crumbs. Pour beer, gradually pour the flour, knead a smooth dough.
Divide it into parts. Get 8-10 balls. The balls roll out into a thin layer. Spread on a baking sheet.
Bake in oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 8 minutes, until light brown in color.
To prepare the cream in a glass of cold milk to throw the flour to avoid lumps. The remaining milk bring to a boil, pour the diluted flour, cook until thick.
The turn off fire, add butter, sugar, vanilla essence. Thoroughly mixed.
Accurately each cake with cream collected the cream. Each cake stacked a little pressing.
Decorate with fresh fruit, melted chocolate.
