Salad "San Isidro"
For the recipe You will need:
salad (a few leaves)
250 g tuna (in brine)
250 g onion
50 PCs olives (pitted)
2 PCs egg (hard boiled)
salt, pepper - to taste
vinegar sauce (olive oil and vinegar in the ratio 3:1)
Rinse, chop the lettuce, put in a bowl. Add slices of marinated tuna, sprinkle with salt and pepper. On top lay finely diced onion. Now we have to decorate the salad with olives, eggs, cut into 4 pieces, and pour vinegar sauce.
