The Brazilian salad (2)
Required products:
180 g tinned tuna
200 g canned corn
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show
200 g cheese
4 PCs boiled potatoes
2 PCs pickles
200 g mayonnaise
24 PCs olives, pitted
30 PCs cherry
1 tsp. vinegar
salt , ground black pepper - to taste
Tuna mash, mix it with corn, diced cheese and potatoes, sliced cucumber and chopped olives.
For the sauce, whisk mayonnaise with vinegar, salt and pepper.
Salad season with sauce and place in salad bowl. When serving, decorate with cherries and sprigs of greenery.
