Greek salad in country style
200 g feta cheese
100 g olives
2 tomatoes
2 green bell pepper
2 head onions
1/2 cucumber
1/2 of head lettuce
Sauce:
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
pepper, salt
Salad disassemble the leaves, wash, dry, pick hands.
Rinse the tomatoes, cut the stalk, cut into slices, wash the cucumber, cut lengthwise into quarters, then into cubes.
Remove the stalk and seed the peppers, cut peppers into strips, onion cleaned, cut into thin half-rings, feta diced or crumbled.
Stir all the ingredients for the sauce to dissolve the salt.
Fold in salad bowl everything except the feta, put olives, pour the sauce, mix well, put cheese.
Serve salad Greek peasant-style as a separate dish or as a side dish to meat dishes.
