Schnitzel with garlic
800 g pulp beef
50 g bacon
50 g Luke
3 eggs
garlic

The meat is cut into portions, lightly beat, RUB with salt and pepper, bread in the chopped onions. Beat eggs, add flour and grated garlic. The meat is dipped in this mixture and fry in oil over high heat. Serve the schnitzel with fried potatoes and salad.
