Chopped steak in Holstein
200 g minced pork
200 g ground beef
100 g onions
50 g green onions
50 g butter

25 g dill
25 g parsley
1 h. l. sea salt
? h. l. ground black pepper
eggs (number of steaks)
Onions clean, finely chop the two heads, the rest aside.
Connect both types of meat, drive 1 egg, add the chopped onion, pepper and salt and mix well.
Grind herbs, add to the stuffing, mix until smooth.
Divide the stuffing into 4 equal parts, molded flat patties.
Fry the steaks in butter on each side until golden brown, set aside.
Deferred onion cut into rings and fry in the same pan, fry the steaks where 2 minutes until browned.
Put the steaks on a plate, put fried onions on top.
From eggs to cook fried eggs, cut it into 4 pieces, lay on top of the onions.
Before serving, chopped steak in Holstein sprinkled with chopped herbs.
