Beef steak with herbs and lemon juice
700 g beef tenderloin
3 cloves garlic
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons oregano
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
Make of beef tenderloin steaks, rub them with salt and pepper, then heated frying pan with olive oil to fry in the fire a little above average for 5-7 minutes on each side or a little less.
Coarsely chop the parsley and mix with lemon juice and oregano, chopped garlic, 4 tablespoons olive oil, a quarter teaspoon salt and the same number of black peppers - mixed with a blender to obtain a uniform dressing.
Put the steaks on a plate, cover with foil and leave for 5 minutes.
Served beef steak with herbs and lemon juice as: meat with foil and removed it pours prepared sauce.
