Steaks beef with tomatoes
1 kg beef tenderloin
500 g cherry tomatoes
6 cloves garlic
6 sprigs thyme
1/2 beam Basil
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 tsp. salt
From cut to make 4 steak, RUB them with pepper and salt, then in a pan with hot olive oil and fry on each side for 5 minutes
Put the steaks on a baking sheet and bake on the middle level of the oven 6 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees, to get the steaks and 15 min delay.
Garlic, peel and pass through a press, fry in a frying pan, browned the steak on low heat, add 2 tsp. oil 2 minutes, then add the tomatoes, thyme, gently stir another 2 minutes to fry, remove from heat.
Serves steaks beef with tomatoes: portioned plate is laid steak and served with tomatoes with thyme and garlic, hot Basil.
