Steak in haste
600 g veal
100 g vegetable oil
4 cloves of garlic
4 Art. l. brandy
Salt and pepper
Meat wash, dry, cut into 4 steaks (across the grain) and lightly beat off. Rub steaks squeezed through a press garlic, pepper and pour over the oil and leave for 15 minutes to marinate. Fry the steaks on the hot pan for 1 minute on each side over high heat, then cook another 4 minutes on medium heat. Meat with salt and pour brandy and ignite. Serve with roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables.
