Roman schnitzel cheese
4 cheese slice (1 cm thick)
1 egg
breadcrumbs
chopped green onions
1 2 tomatoes
oil for frying
Cheese slices in egg and crumble bread crumbs and fry in very hot fat on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, decorated with tomato slices and served with spinach and potatoes.
