Stewed plums with honey
3 kg plums
1.5 l water
1 kg honey
Strong ripe plum wash, free from the peduncle, and put in a saucepan. Boil water with honey. Plums pour the boiling syrup and leave for a day. Then drain the syrup, boil again and pour the hot prepared jars filled with plums. Banks put in a pot of hot water, sterilized for 5 minutes, counting from the moment of boiling water, after which the cork, turn upside down and leave to cool.
