Jam of yellow plums
Ingredients:
1 kg yellow plums
1.5 kg sugar
3 glass water
Plums go, wash, chop fork or wooden stick in a few places, put in an enamel bowl. Prepare the hot sugar syrup and pour over plums, leave it for a day. Then pour the syrup, boil it and pour over plums. Again, leave for a day. On the third day jam put on fire and cook until tender.
