Jam strawberry (III)
Ingredients:
1 kg strawberries
3 kg sugar
1 l water
3 tsp. citric acid
Prepared berries to put in a glass or ceramic jar, mix with sugar, put in a cool place for 1-3 days. Put berries in cooking a bowl, add water and cook first on strong, and then on low heat until tender. A few minutes before removing from heat add in jam citric acid, previously dissolved in a small amount of boiling water.
