Jam raspberry Bulgarian
Ingredients:
1 kg raspberry
for the syrup:
4 glass water
2 kg sugar
2 tsp. citric acid
In a container for jam poured sugar, add water and prepared berries. Cook until done at one time on low heat. The berries do not overheat, basin periodically remove from fire and circular movements stirred the contents. Before the end of cooking, add citric acid.
