Candy "Halloween" bird's milk
For making candy:
250 g condensed milk
200 g cream 33%
20 g gelatin
140 g cheese &&171;Philadelphia&&187;
1/2 Cup milk
To prepare glaze:
100 g chocolate
6 tbsp. milk
Dissolve gelatin in warm water, leave to swell.
Combine the milk with the cream, bring all to a boil, reduce the heat and simmered for a minute boil, enter gelatin, stir and leave the mixture to cool to room temperature.
