Christmas cake "Dragon"
Dough:
500 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
350 ml sugar
250 ml milk
225 g butter or margarine
3 eggs
3 Art. l. cocoa
3 h. l. vanilla sugar
3 h. l. baking powder
Cream:
450 g Philadelphia cream cheese or other
300 g white chocolate
180 g butter
lemon juice

Combine eggs and sugar, whisk in a thick foam.
Melt the butter, allow to cool, combine with milk.
Combine the flour with the vanilla sugar, baking powder and cocoa, gradually enter into the egg foam, then enter the oil and milk (completely cooled down), mix well.
Take a round shape on the 23 and 25 cm, grease, vystelit baking paper, pour the dough and bake two cakes at the same time (optional) for 40 minutes at 175 degrees.

Cooking cream: melt the butter cream to the state, as well separately melt white chocolate and cream cheese.
Mix cheese, chocolate and butter, add a little lemon juice and put food coloring in any color, stir until smooth, allow to cool.
Smaller cut cake crosswise in half, glue the halves cream - is back dragon.
Cut the second cake as follows:
Take a platter, which will be served Christmas cake, put the pieces of the cake in the form of a dragon.
