Ingredients:

800 g cod fillet

2 onion - head

500 g chanterelles

2 glass light beer



2 tbsp. dill chopped

2 tbsp. parsley chopped

1 lemon juice

1 tbsp. wheat flour

6 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. bread crumbs

ground black pepper, salt to taste

Fillet cut into pieces, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, leave for 10 minutes, then fry in oil until Golden brown.

Flour spasseruyte, add the beer, bring the sauce to a boil.

Onion chopped, mushrooms cut into slices, mix it with herbs and fry in butter for 5 minutes. Half of the fungal mass, put in a greased form, lay on top of fish, then the remaining fungal mass. Pour cooked sauce, sprinkle with bread crumbs, drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for 40 minutes at 200�C.

Serve the casserole with boiled potatoes, fill with chopped green onions.
