10 kg mushrooms

1,5 glass salt

White mushrooms are loved by many. They will have to place on the Christmas table and on any other day. We offer You a simple recipe for pickled mushrooms.

Put prepared mushrooms in the boiling water, bring to boil, boil 2 minutes, drain in a colander and cool under running cold water, let the mushrooms dry.

Add the mushrooms caps up in banks, each layer of mushrooms precipice salt, place the top of the cargo and leave the mushrooms for a few days.

After the desired time, the butter should melt it and pour it over the mushrooms, then close the jars with plastic lids and removed for storage in a cold place.
