Salad with smoked mackerel, bacon, egg and vegetables
400 g tomatoes
100 g bacon
5-6 pieces white bread
1 smoked mackerel
1 head lettuce leaf
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
black pepper, salt
Finely chop the bacon, put in a preheated dry pan, fry until crisp, 5-7 minutes
The oven to heat up to 220 degrees, diced bread, spread sheet 2 tbsp oil, put the bread, stir, bake for 10 minutes until crisp.

Cut the tomatoes, pick by hand the salad, put the lettuce in a salad bowl, on top lay the mackerel, then tomatoes, bacon.
Whisk the lemon juice with the remaining oil, add salt and pepper, drizzle salad with smoked mackerel, bacon, croutons and vegetables, top lay the crackers.
