Soup with smoked mackerel
400 g smoked mackerel
10 g green celery
3 potatoes
2 onions
2 glass tomato juice
3 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. flour
parsley
black pepper
salt
Finely chop the onion, fry it in butter for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with flour, fry for another minute, stirring constantly.
Finely chop the celery, potatoes cut into cubes.
4 cups water, bring to boil, add tomato juice and other prepared ingredients. Bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes, add the mackerel, cut into cubes, add salt and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with the chopped herbs.
