Cheesecakes with semolina

900 g cottage cheese 9%

10 g vanilla sugar

3 yolk

1 egg

7 Art. l. semolina

4 Art. l. sugar

1 pinch of salt

Combine the egg yolks and semolina, beaten, leave for 10 minutes.

Curd overcome by using cheesecloth, add the vanilla sugar, salt, add sugar and cream of mass.

Take a tablespoon of dough and hands, molded balls, roll in flour, then settle cheesecakes with semolina on vegetable oil.
