Quick cheese with semolina without flour
500 g cottage cheese
20 g semolina
3 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
vegetable oil
sour cream
Put the cheese in the dish, add vanilla and sugar, salt, mix well.
Beat eggs with a whisk, gradually pour semolina, stir, add manno-egg mixture in cheese, stir well.
