Semolina cake
500 g semolina
300 ml water
10 g dry yeast or 25 fresh
2 h. l. sugar
1 h. l. salt
vegetable fat
Connect semolina with sugar, salt, yeast and water, knead the dough, cover it and leave in a warm for 40 minutes.
Knead the dough on a work surface oiled hands, divided into 4 equal parts.
Roll out each piece of cake.
Frying pan with vegetable oil warm (not too much), cook semolina cake covered over moderate heat for 3 minutes on each side.
