400 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

300 ml water

200 g strawberry jam

100 g sugar

50 g walnuts



10 g dry yeast

5 g vanilla sugar (1 packet)

1 lemon zest

3 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. honey

? tsp. salt

Warm water dissolve the yeast, add half of the flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir.

Separately mix the remaining sugar with vanilla, grated lemon zest, then stir the mixture into the dough, to enter the remaining flour, oil and salt, knead the dough, leave it for an hour in the heat.

Roll out the dough, sprinkle work surface with flour, divided into 2 unequal parts, the larger roll based on size of molds for baking, a smaller roll out, cut into strips, to make each stripe notch like Christmas to shop.

Lubricate the form of oil, lay the basis for it - a layer of jam, nicely put from the lattice strips, sprinkle the cake with the chopped nuts.

Stir honey and 1H.l. water, to cover the cake top.

To prepare cake meatless nut and jam for about half an hour at 200 degrees until cooked dough to cool, covered with a towel.
