Pizza with cod
500 g cod fillet
450 g dough
16-18 olives
3 tomato
2 garlic cloves
? glass grated cheese
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped Basil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Roll out the dough into a thin pancake the size of a baking sheet.
Combine in a saucepan with olive oil with lemon juice, chopped garlic, pepper and salt, mix well, put in a marinade of chopped tomatoes, leave for half an hour, then strain, put on a pizza.
Finely chop the cod fillets, dip it in the marinade, put the tomatoes evenly put on top of the olives.
Grill to heat up to maximum, pizza with cod is baked on the grill until cooked dough before serving sprinkled with hot cheese and Basil.
