Pizza Margarita-vegetarian"
500 g dough for pizza
500 g fresh tomatoes
130 g cheese
6-8 Basil leaves
1 onions
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tsp. fresh Basil
3 tsp. tomato paste
? tsp. sugar

Tomatoes peel and finely chop.
In a saucepan, heat the oil, finely chopped onion and garlic to the pan, continue cooking until tender, then add tomato paste, tomatoes, 3 tsp. Basil and sugar, salt and pepper, simmer with the lid 30 min on low heat until thick.
