Pasta with porcini mushrooms
300 g pasta
300 g ceps
1 onions
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. cumin seeds
ground black pepper
salt
Boil pasta in salted water and discard them in a colander.
Slice the mushrooms thin slices and fry in oil.
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter, combine it with mushrooms, pepper and salt.
Connect pasta and mushrooms, add the cumin seeds.
Before serving, you can arrange cucumber, cut into circles, green or green onions.
