Pasta salad with pickled mushrooms
For this recipe you will need:
300 g mushrooms (pickled or marinated)
150 g pasta
1 pcs. onion (small)
2 pcs. egg (boiled)
2 Art. l. peas
1 pcs. tomato or cucumber (salty)
1.5 glass sour cream
pepper, mustard, salt - to taste
Macaroni boil in salted water and cut into pieces of approximately 1 cm. Mushrooms chop or cut into cubes, chop the onion, egg and tomato or cucumber sliced. All products are put in a bowl and pour the sour cream sauce with pepper and mustard. Garnish with herbs, sliced eggs and tomatoes.
