Stuffed cabbage, carrots, red pepper and stahisa
Ingredients:
300 g stahis
300 g cabbage
200 g carrot
200 g pepper
200 g onion
50 g celery (green)
1 garlic - head
200 g sour cream
100 g vegetable oil
Salt - to taste
Onion, carrot, bell pepper, celery and herbs stahis chop finely and fry in vegetable oil. Cabbage cut chaff, pour boiling water and let stand covered until it cools down. Then squeeze and mix with browned vegetables and herbs, adding crushed garlic. Season with salt. Obtained from minced meat and prepared cabbage leaves stuffed form as envelopes, put them on a baking sheet, cover with sour cream on top and bake in the oven.
