Stuffed with blue whiting
Ingredients:
500 g whiting
2 tbsp. figure
1 cabbage - head
2 PCs onion
2 tbsp. butter

Cabbage peel, cut the stalks, place in a saucepan of salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Then the cabbage, remove, drain water, disassembled into individual sheets and to discourage them. On each sheet to put fish stuffing and wrapped, giving the stuffed oval shape. Prepared cabbage lightly fry in butter, put them into a saucepan, pour the creamy tomato sauce and simmer on low heat until tender. Before serving stuffed pour the sauce in which they were stewed.
