Stuffed with cheese "winter tale"
Ingredients:
1/4 cabbage - head
8 tbsp. cheese
1 tbsp. flour

From cabbage to the average value separated 5-6 leaves, drooping in a saucepan of salted boiling water and cook for 5-10 minutes. Then put the cabbage in a colander to drain the water. Cut leaves thick medium-sized veins, put on the middle of each sheet stuffing and wrapped. Then the cabbage, add to the pan, pour 1/2 Cup of sour cream and simmer in oven until until cabbage is tender. Stuffing: boil the rice in salted water, drain in a sieve, cheese mince and mix with a raw egg, flour, boiled rice, a solution of salt and a teaspoon of melted butter.
