Thai omelette
2 large eggs
1 tsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. lime juice
0,5 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. peanut butter
Whisk eggs, fish sauce, lime juice, pepper. Heat the peanut oil over medium heat in a shallow pan with a diameter of 25 cm Pour eggs evenly distribute the weight on the pan, wait until the omelet will seize, not preterite it on fire. Fold omelet in half and place on a plate. Eat scrambled eggs with a spoon. If desired, you can stuff it with any filling.
