Omelette with cheese
You will need: 3 eggs, 1/5 Cup of milk, 50 g cheese or cottage cheese. 15-20 g butter, salt
In eggs gradually pour in the milk, beat the weight before it becomes a smooth paste, add salt, cheese, grated on a fine grater, and all it gently mix. Pour mixture into greased pan and set on fire.
Finished omelet sprinkled with melted butter and serve.
You can cook an omelet with cheese, the cheese must RUB through a sieve.
