For the recipe You will need:

100 g Norwegian trout

80 g noodles from bean starch

1/4 PCs red onion

1/3 PCs celery

2 tbsp. dried Jewish ears (mushrooms)

1 tsp. coriander



1 garlic - clove

2 PCs red chilli

1 tsp. sugar

3 tbsp. lemon juice

3 tbsp. Thai fish sauce

1 tbsp. chili sauce

2 PCs the wonton

1/4 PCs lime

oil - for frying

Trout can be reheated in the microwave. The fish put on a plate, wrap and cook in the oven for 1-2 minutes. Cooked without butter dish is easily digested and good for health.

Fish cut diagonally into strips and heat (in a little butter or steamed).

Noodles "harusame" ("saifun") add water, boil and drain in a colander. Cut into easy to eat length. Red onion and celery chopped and rinsed with water. Soak mushrooms in water. The wonton cut into strips and fry well till Golden brown.

Mix coarsely chopped coriander, chopped garlic and chili pepper with sugar, lemon juice, Thai fish sauce and chili sauce.

Fish, noodles, onions, celery and cast away on a colander mushrooms and place in a bowl and stir with a mixture (5).

The resulting mixture out onto a plate, serve with fried wonton and lime.
