Mushrooms in sour cream
Required products:
1,2 kg fresh mushrooms or white mushrooms
200 g sour cream
200 g melted butter
120 g onion
60 g wheat flour

Mushrooms are cleaned from impurities, separating the cap from the legs, then cut into slices and boil in salted vote minutes. Throw the mushrooms in a colander and allow to drain.
Peeled onion cut into small cubes and fry in oil for 5-7 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt, flour and fry, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes. At the end add the sour cream, mix, season with pepper, grated nutmeg and boil for a while.
Served on a plate, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
