Cake of oatmeal
Ingredients:
3 PCs egg
sugar
3 tbsp. hot water
90 g oatmeal "Hercules"
70 g wheat flour coarse

Egg whites separated from the yolks.
Oatmeal dry pan until Golden brown.
Yolks and half the normal sugar combine boiling water and whisk until a thick foam.
Whites beat to a stable foam, add remaining sugar, then combine with beaten egg yolks.
In the resulting mass with continuous churning add the flour and oat flakes (flakes leaves for decoration). The finished mass is spread in a greased form and bake at 240-250 �C.
The finished cake is released from the mold, cooled, cut into two layers and glued cream (the recipe "Cake "ginger"") or jams. The surface is decorated with jam or cream and sprinkle the remaining oatmeal, which can be mixed with chopped nuts
