Christmas hot "Rice snowballs" with chicken
300 g chicken
200 g rice
50 g butter

Finely chop and fry chicken in oil, seasoned with spices and salt to taste, until it is ready to put out, having added some water.
Until cooked in the usual way to boil rice, add the butter, roll in rice balls.
Before serving on the New Year's table lay a hot New Year "Rice snowballs" with chicken in batches as follows: on each plate to put next to some rice balls and some gorochkoy chicken.
