100 g chicken
15 g rice
5 g the salt solution
2 g dill and parsley
Cook the chicken, strain the broth.
Cook the rice, 300 g of boiling salted water, drain.
Put the rice in the hot broth to boil.
Before serving in the broth with the rice, add the greens.
