Rice soup with beef (Brndzi Singapore)
250 g beef
4 Art. l. rice
1 onions
1 yolk
1 beam dill
1 Art. l. melted animal fat food
6 glass water
1 pinch of black pepper
Salt (to taste)
Meat prepared by washing and removing the film and tendons, put in hot water and simmer at low boil. For 15-20 minutes until cooked meat add spices and salt.
Remove the meat from the broth and cut into slices portioned, strain the broth.
Finely chop the onion and fry it on the fat.
Broth bring to a boil, add the rice and cook it until tender. For 10-15 minutes until cooked rice, add salt and pepper, fry the onion.
Egg yolk diluted 1: 1 with water or broth, add rice for 5 minutes until tender.
Put slices of meat in the soup before serving sprinkle with chopped herbs Brndzi Singapore.
