Armenian soup "kololik"
125 g mutton flesh
100 g rice
2 onions
2 eggs
4 glass broth
1 tbsp. ghee
parsley
black pepper
salt
Lamb mince, add the egg, finely chopped onion, a bit of greenery, pepper and salt, mix well, shape the meat balls.
The broth heat, add the remaining spasserovat in the onion balls of minced meat and rice, cook until tender.
Egg whisk, dilute with cold water, pour the soup in a thin stream, bring the soup to a boil.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with the chopped herbs.
