Mutton soup in Turkish
500 g lamb
1/2 glass rice
1 bunch of greens soup
2 yolk
1 glass yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 lemon juice, salt
In a saucepan pour 1.2 liters of lightly salted water. Boil the meat in it, adding chopped greens. Wash rice and boil in the strained broth. Yolks, yogurt and lemon juice gently whisk, then, stirring, add remove from heat soup
