Soup of lamb in Turkish
500 g lamb or mutton
0.5 glass rice
1 bunch of greens soup
2 yolk
1 glass yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 lemon juice

Boil the meat with peeled and finely chopped greens for soup in 1.25 liters of lightly salted water. Wash rice and boil in the strained broth. Yolks, yogurt and lemon juice and whisk gently add, stirring constantly, remove from the heat in the hot soup.
