"Ashgabat hash" with yogurt and lamb
175 g water
125 g yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
120 g cucumbers
100 g pulp of boiled mutton
30 g green onions
1 boiled egg
1 Art. l. chopped dill
salt
Combine yogurt with water and mix.
Finely chop the meat, cucumber, egg and onion, stir.
Pour hodgepodge diluted yogurt, salt and mix well.
Before serving, "Ashgabat hash" with yogurt and lamb should be well cool.
