German soup with lamb "Eintopf"
500 g potatoes
500 g lamb
2 l water
350 g tomatoes
250 g sour cream
1 glass beans
1 glass green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
2 tsp. potato starch

Cut the prepared meat pieces, put in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil, put out, pour in the boiling water, salt, seasoning spices, boil the meat until almost cooked.
The tomatoes and cut the potato, add the meat and cook for another 10 minutes
To use best young beans and peas, they must be separately boil, then add to the soup.
Bring the soup to a boil, stirring constantly pour sour cream (previously it needs to be beaten with starch).
