With chicken carcass remove the skin, divide it into 8 pieces.

Shredded chicken with salt, pepper, zapaniruyte in flour, dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs zapaniruyte. Fry in deep fat until golden brown, then lay on a baking sheet and warm it in the oven for 10 minutes.

When serving garnish fried potatoes, lemon wedges and complete your sprigs of greenery.
