25 g yeast
4 glass wheat flour

Combine warm milk with 2 cups flour and yeast, stir, leave the dough came.
Add to the dough salt, butter, 2 mashed 2 tsp. sugar egg yolks, 2 cups flour, stir.
Proteins are whipped into foam, add to the dough, then add the cream, stir, leave the dough to it.
Baked wheat pancakes and cream in the usual way.
