Oatmeal Pancakes
For the pancakes:
1.5 glass Wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1.5 glass oat flour
3 glass milk or water
1/2 glass cream
3 egg
2 butter tablespoons
30 g yeast
Salt to taste
Cooking the pancakes:
Pour into the pan a little warm milk, dissolve the yeast in it. Mix in a bowl of wheat and oat flour and pour it into the pan with the milk, stir well. Give rise sourdough. In coming up the dough add mashed with salt and egg yolks with sugar, butter libertine, all stir well. Separately, beat egg whites, cream, and put them carefully into the dough. Give the dough to come again and bake pancakes in the usual way.
