Fish fillets with lemon
700 g fish fillets
1 lemon
1 onions
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. chopped dill
2 tbsp. vinegar 9%
black pepper
salt
Chop onion rings, fry until transparent in butter, add the vinegar and 2 tbsp. of water, simmer for 5 minutes
Cut lemon in half, squeeze the juice from one half, cut into thin plastics second.
Pour the lemon juice fish fillets with pepper and salt, put on plastic lemon, sprinkle with herbs, put on fillet onion, collapse all roll, fasten wooden skewers.
Fry the fish fillets in butter, add a little water, simmer for 10 minutes on slow fire.
This roll can be fed to the Christmas table as fish meals, before feeding it to release from the skewers and cut into pieces.
