Kebab with lamb and garlic
600 g mutton flesh
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. butter

Cut the lamb thin plastics, pepper and salt.
Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic, stir and put on the pieces of meat, roll the meat rolls, strung on skewers.
The oil is melted, spread it over the meat, fry for half an hour.
Submit kebab with lamb and garlic with salad greens and fresh vegetables.
