Kebab with oranges
500 g lamb
1 orange
1 bunch green onions
1/3 glass ketchup
For the garnish:
1 head lettuce
100 g red cabbage
? glass orange juice
1 Art. l. apple cider vinegar
2 Art. l. mayonnaise

1 h. l. mustard
sulfur pepper
Salt (to taste)
Lamb cut into cubes and mix with ketchup, leave for 30 minutes.
Green onions cut into pieces 5 cm, clear orange and divide it into slices, then cut each half.
Strung on skewers of lamb chunks, orange and green onions, alternating them. Fry until cooked on the grill.
Cut the lettuce and cabbage into strips, add to them orange juice, mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise, pepper and salt.
Serve kebabs with salads.
